OCB Users assigned Document Induction role in OCB Security and completed the OCB eUniversity 102 Document Induction course.

Outcome

HSG implements Document Classification, Demographics and TimeTracker pre-configuration tasks, OCB system is ready to define organizations and security to be outlined in Step #2.  Project Communications website is setup and published.

HSG performs OCB organization and security setup based on lists of users provided by each District and generates Training Calendar for Step #3.

Individuals signup for training courses via OCB Project Communications website.  Training is performed via conference call with students sitting at their desks and learning OCB on their PCs and the Internet.

OCB Documents database begins to grow as each District inducts their documents.

Users across Districts are able to locate agreement language, salary schedules, job descriptions and other useful information through the document search engine.

Districts experience improved and more effective communications  between users and Districts through the use of online surveys, discussion forums.  Mandated costs of CB are more accurately captured for reporting.
