Photo Album - CCLC Annual Conference 2003 HSG rolled out it's booth to demonstrate the OCB system at this conference. We (Gordon Helm, Dave Helmrich & Jon Foster) hauled the booth and demo PCs down to Oakland in Jon's Suburban and a small U-Haul trailer. The load-in wasn't a challenge, finding a parking place in the Oakland Marriott's garage for the truck & trailer was - we had to use a chain and locks to keep the trailer from disappearing. The League gave us one of the best booth positions on the floor, I guess they like us. The audience enjoyed previewing the Online Collective Bargaining Database (OCB) system and their excitement for getting this system "live" seems to be growing. HSG and HTS sponsored a door-prize consisting of a nice bottle of wine, two HTS/HSG wine glasses and a basket. Ray played "MC" and announced the winner at the end of the second day. Other than blowing a circuit breaker during the very first demonstration of the first evening, the technology performed well both Dave and Gordon tried a hand at presenting to the attendees.
