Team Building

Over the course of seven years with Cardinal Distribution, Jon Foster recruited and developed a very strong team of IT professionals.  The average experience level in IT industry was about 10 years with some members approaching 20 years.  At the largest, the core group was 20+ people and the "large projects" teams approached 100 members.  They formed into matrixed teams, both large and small, to handle software development and infrastructure projects, centralized systems and distributed client/server systems that managed warehouses across the nation.  The best of these folks formed the core of the new HSG team.

The individuals have a solid balance of technical and business knowledge and experience.  The approach is to immerse the team in the business environment within which we are creating solutions.  Only then can business executives expect that their real problems will be solved.
